About Us: Superstar Sports is a family run organisation that is dedicated to inspiring young individuals aged 2 - 14 to gain a love of sport whilst allowing them to become to the best they can be. We provide fun, engaging, and inclusive sports programs designed to promote physical activity, teamwork, and personal development. We are currently seeking dynamic, motivated, and flexible individuals to join our coaching team. We are based between Fareham, Southampton & Lymington.

Job Description: As a Flexible Sports Coach, you will cover sessions in a variety of settings Monday-Friday including:

• PE Lessons
• Breakfast and After School Clubs
• Specialised Academy Sessions
• Holiday Clubs
• Plus opportunities at evening and weekends for events and birthday parties.

Your role will involve leading sessions, promoting a positive and safe environment, and encouraging the development of both skills and confidence.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sports coaching or a related field.
• Relevant coaching qualifications.
• Ability to work with primary aged children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or happy to apply for one).
